What parents ask first.

Two things stop a conversation. The first is your rules: the topics you block and the age rating you choose apply to every guide, every time.

The second is the safety check. Every message your child sends is checked before any guide answers. If it is flagged, your child sees a gentle refusal and an invitation to talk about something else, and the message goes to your Safety Review with the whole conversation next to it. If the safety check itself cannot be reached, the guide refuses rather than guessing.

There are no ads anywhere in the app and no advertising trackers on the site. We do not sell or share data for advertising.

Families use My Agent Team free while it is in early access. Schools pay per seat, with invoices and purchase orders.

The guides have no access to the internet. They cannot search the web, open a link, fetch a page or run anything. A guide answers from the conversation so far, from what it knows about its subject, and from the notes you can read in Parent Controls.

Every message is checked before a guide replies. If your child writes something that needs an adult, the guide does not engage: your child sees "I can't help with that one" and an invitation to talk about something else.

The flagged message is placed in your Safety Review, most serious first, with the full conversation beside it, so you can read exactly what was said and mark it handled with a note. In a classroom it reaches the teacher's queue too. We do not send notifications, so Safety Review is the place to look when you open the app.

My Agent Team is built to be put down. Your child's app has no streaks, no points, no badges, no rewards and no notifications; a conversation simply ends when they leave, and picks up where it left off when they choose to come back. There are no break reminders yet.

My Family shows you how much each child chatted, day by day, so the amount is always in view.

Each guide keeps a few short notes about your child: what they are working on, what clicked, what they like, what to pick up next time. That is how a lesson continues instead of starting over, and how Pip can know what your child was learning with Mr. Lewis.

Every note is yours. Parent Controls shows them in plain words, guide by guide; you can forget a single note or wipe everything a guide remembers. A switch keeps your child's name out of the AI's view entirely, so the notes say "the student" instead.

To run the service we store your account details, each child's profile (a name, a grade, a reading level), their conversations, a daily count of how much they chatted, any safety flags, and the notes each guide keeps. It lives in Google's Firebase, in the cloud.

We never sell, rent or trade it, and we do not track children or build advertising profiles. You can delete a child, or your whole account, from the app, and that removes the conversations, the notes, the profile and the login with it. Nothing is deleted on a timer; it stays until you delete it. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

No. My Agent Team does not train any model on your child's conversations. The guides run on OpenAI models through their API, and OpenAI does not use API data to train its public models.

The guides' voices are generated ahead of time from lines we wrote, not from anything your child says.

Yes. Deleting a child removes their login, profile, conversations, notes and activity; deleting your account removes your whole family. Both are in the app.

Every guide has a subject and a personality: Mr. Lewis teaches math, Pip the Penguin knows the ocean, Marisol helps with everyday Spanish. A child asks a question and the guide answers in character, at the reading level and grade you set for that child.

You set an age rating (Kid, Young adult or All) and a list of blocked topics for each child, or once for the whole family. A guide never sees those rules from the browser: they are assembled on our servers for every single message, so nothing in the app can switch them off.

My Family is your view of each child: what they asked today, how much they chatted this week, which guide they spent time with, and one thing to talk about tonight. Every conversation opens in full, exactly as your child saw it.

Teachers get the same for a class: who chatted this week, what the class is asking, who could use a nudge, and any student's conversation in a click.

Parent Controls lets you choose the team for each child: tick the guides they may use and the others vanish from their picker. Change it any time; the next conversation follows the new team. Teachers set the same per student, and a school can set a default for everyone.

Yes. A teacher creates a class, shares a code, and students join with it. The teacher sees who chatted this week, what the class is asking, and a Safety Review queue for the class.

The guides are written for kids from about 5 to 14. Each guide lists its own age range, and the reading level and grade you set shape how every guide talks to your child.

A web app that works in any modern browser, on a phone, a tablet or a computer. There is no app-store download yet.

A child you add from Parent Controls gets a login you create there and see once, no email of their own needed. A student who joins a class with a code signs up with an email address and the code, or the teacher creates the logins in bulk.
